Eight years ago I stepped into the role of a being a mother. This is such an important part of my journey to talk about before anything else because it feels like that is when life began for me. When I became a mother and first held my daughter, there was something within me that shifted. I knew that I had to become the softest and truest version of myself for this baby to look up to. I call her my angel because having her completely switched my view on life. Saved me in a way. How I move, learn, create. This is what led me to start daily meditations. I wanted to know more about myself. Why did I get triggered by certain things? Why couldn’t I move on from certain things? Why did I behave a certain way? And so on.

The journey of learning about myself led me to my first reiki one training five years ago. I stepped into my first training strictly as an interested student. I wasn’t sure where I wanted this to take me, I just felt called to learn. I remember writing on a piece of paper something along the lines of “if this is something I am meant to offer for others, show me the way” and it has. I completely surrendered into my path and now…five years later I am a Master Reiki Practitioner. Stepping into this practice has transformed my life. I have this passion to hold space for others. To remind people of what we carry within ourselves.

Last year I was in a meditation and knew I needed to start offering reiki publicly. Create a coming home space. Using the energetic love of reiki to help others nurture themselves, come back to the parts we tend to abandon through the years, energetically heal the parts of us that need attention. How do we get back grounded? How do we start to feel alive again in the everyday of life? Forgive ourselves for the shame we might be holding onto? How do we get back home to ourselves and feel so deeply aligned again?

So here we are, and thank you. Thank you for reading, for trusting me and for trusting yourself to follow what your soul is asking.
