Service Description

Reiki is a gentle energy based practice intended to support relaxation, grounding, and a closer sense of connection within yourself. During your session, you’ll be guided into a meditative state while Reiki energy is offered through light touch or hands held just above the body. It’s a space to quiet the mind, rest, receive and fall into deep alignment.
